Description

The Retail Account Coordinator (RAC) is a field-based role focused on in-store execution, shift support, and retailer relationship building. This RAC operates exclusively in the field — there is no home office component. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, leads by example on the floor, and serves as the primary point of presence for Beauty Educators and retailer partners.

Key Responsibilities

Be a consistent, visible presence on the floor — supporting shifts, coverage needs, and live events
Coach and mentor Beauty Educators in the moment, on the floor, during active shifts
Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff, department leads, and retailer management
Conduct regular in-person performance check-ins and document coaching in real time
Monitor time & attendance and partner with the scheduling team on any shift changes or coverage gaps
Ensure brand, retailer, and Headkount standards are upheld on every visit
Complete detailed in-store surveys following every shift
Achieve sales goals by driving BE performance and engagement at store level
Escalate employee or retailer concerns promptly to their supervisor and HR
Stay current on all Headkount communications via the Headkount app

Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer.
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills
Professional conduct in-store
Excellent brand and product education & training skills
Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
